This remembrance garden is dedicated to all the special people being remembered here. Through your tribute you help to make a difference to the lives of people with epilepsy, and those who care for them through advice, support and changes in policy. Jack was a fun-loving little boy who developed epilepsy at 6 months old. He touched (and continues to touch) many lives, and always dealt with his seizures and hospital visits with giggles and smiles.

Jamie died on the 9th January 2012 of SUDEP
( Sudden Unexplained Death by Epilepsy)- just a few days before his 31st birthday.
Jamie developed epilepsy at the age of 14 and found the condition difficult to accept - no teenager wants to be different to his peers.
Janet Carol Sharlot
1959 - 1961
Janet Carol Sharlot was born on December 2nd 1959. Daughter to John and Beryl Sharlot, sister to Michael, David and Ian. Tragically her life was short and she passed away on May 18th 1961. Janet experienced her first seizure at the age of 16 months then another at 18 months; sadly, she was unable to recover from a status epilepticus seizure.
